These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site and only this site. If you have purchased items in our store please contact us for details as the website is governed by distant selling laws the store is not. Please read them carefully and you may want to print a copy for future reference. Using this site indicates your acceptance of these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices quotes are in pound sterling and include VAT. Delivery Charges are priced separately and are dependent on the items ordered.
Payment is due on submitting your order.
DELIVERY
Generally where an order contains more than one item, all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available.
Delivery prices stated are for mainland UK only. Any order times stated are a guide only and we will attempt to deliver all order within the time frame specified.
Please not that it is your responsibility to be at the delivery address on the arranged and agreed date. If for any reason you become unavailable to take delivery please contact ourselves as soon as possible, in any case no later than 24 hours in advance, otherwise we reserve the right to levy a second delivery charge to cover the cost of the failed delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure the item(s) you have ordered will pass through all access points in the home. Once delivery has been made to your door you will be responsible for your goods.
Delivery charge is £25 within a 15 mile radius of each of our stores. For other areas please call for details.
DAMAGES, MISSING PARTS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive your furniture and there is any damage, defects or missing parts you must notify us immediately, then in some circumstances we can provide you with that particular component. In the event that we are unable to supply the correct component then a full replacement will be made available, dispatched and the other one collected. This will be at our cost. A replacement item can take as long to deliver as the original.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You may cancel your order at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days from the day after delivery. Should you wish to return your goods for any reason you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange collection. This collection will be a your expense. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the goods within 30 days. We must receive your goods in as new condition with all accessories and components and with original packaging. A full refund to the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions been met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by us. Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to surcharge or will be returned at your cost.
N.B. Mattresses cannot be returned for refund once the seal has been broken.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
WARRANTIES
All our products are supplied with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, provided that the manufacturers care and maintenance instructions have been followed.
